West-Midlands Credit Union is inviting members of the local community to its upcoming Mortgage Clinic on Saturday, 10th October, from 10am to 2pm, taking place in the Tuam & Athlone, Irishtown Branches.
The drop-in event is designed to provide an accessible opportunity for anyone considering a mortgage to speak directly with a member of the West-Midlands Credit Union mortgage team. No appointment is necessary, with visitors welcome to call into the branch for an informal conversation about their individual mortgage needs and circumstances.
The clinic is aimed at a wide range of potential homebuyers, including first-time buyers, people considering moving home, those looking to switch their mortgage and anyone who would like to explore their mortgage options.
John Doyle, CEO of West-Midlands Credit Union, said:
We want to make it as easy as possible for people in our community to have an initial conversation about their mortgage options. Buying a home or moving home is a significant financial decision, and having the opportunity to sit down with a local mortgage team and ask questions can be an important first step. Our Mortgage Clinic is about making that conversation accessible, with no appointment necessary, and giving people the opportunity to understand what options may be available to them.
The Mortgage Clinic also reflects West-Midlands Credit Unions commitment to providing a local and personal service to its members. The Credit Unions mortgage offering is designed for first-time buyers, movers, switchers and self-builders, with mortgage decisions made by the local Credit Union team.
Members of the public are encouraged to drop into the Tuam & Athlone Irishtown branches on Saturday, 10th October, between 10am and 2pm to speak with the mortgage team.
